Data handling on this website, in plain terms.
| Section | What it means |
|---|---|
| Data we handle | Nothing here needs an account or a login, and nothing is personalised, so there is not much to gather in the first place. We run no analytics software, no advertising pixels and no visitor-tracking scripts of our own. What remains is the ordinary server log every website has: IP address, timestamp, the page asked for, and the browser and device details your software reports. We build no profile from them, and we sell no personal information. |
| Contacting us | Our contact form is not active — it sends nothing anywhere. Write to one of the addresses on the Contact page and your message and address stay with us only while the question is open. No mailing list, no newsletter, nothing follows from it. |
| Other companies | When you follow an outbound link to Time Casino or any other operator, you leave this site and that operator's own privacy policy takes over. Their collection practices are not ours to control, and your account, deposits and documents there are invisible to us. |
| What we store in your browser | We place no cookies ourselves, whether for analytics, advertising or preferences. The security and delivery service in front of this site may set technical cookies that screen out malicious traffic and keep pages reachable. Nothing in that is advertising, and you can block cookies and still read every page. |
| Age of readers | Only adults of legal gambling age — 18 or 19 depending on the province or territory in Canada — are meant to read these pages. We do not knowingly collect data from minors, and we do not aim any part of this site at them. |
| What our links carry | Operator links here can carry a referral marker — that is the mechanism by which we are credited for a visit. We do not learn your name from it, but referral markers, click identifiers, IP addresses and similar technical data can still count as personal information under data-protection law, so we would rather say so plainly than claim otherwise. |
| Your choices | The law, with its usual exceptions, lets you ask what we hold about you and seek access, correction or deletion. Rights to object, to restrict processing, to portability, to withdraw consent and to complain to a regulator may apply too, depending on your jurisdiction. Use the Contact page and we will handle the request. |
| Legal framework | These pages are written for a Canada audience. Where our processing falls within their scope, Canadian federal and provincial privacy law, the EU GDPR and the UK GDPR apply. We do not claim that every regime applies to every visitor — that depends on where we operate and who we target, not simply on where you happen to be sitting. |
| How long we keep things | Server logs are kept by our host on its ordinary rotation and are not retained by us beyond that. Emails go once the issue they concern is resolved, save where a legal claim means they must be kept. |
Anything you want to ask about privacy here can be sent via the Contact page.
